We are a congregation within the Episcopal Church (USA), in the Diocese of Northwestern PA.   The Episcopal Church grows out of the Anglican tradition and is part of the worldwide Anglican Communion.  Rather than a set of confessions, it is united by a common liturgy found in the Book of Common Prayer (BCP).  If you would like to further investigate the Episcopal Church, the BCP is a good place to look.   When you get to the Table of Contents, look to the Eucharistic Rite II section.  This is our normal Sunday worship service, with two main components: a section focusing on Scripture and a section focusing on the Eucharist, of the meal of bread and wine we share to celebrate the meal Christ shared with his disciples.  Reading the liturgy will give you     a good idea of what we believe.
